I have worked on the development of a wide range of different strategic programmes with the creative development of children and young people at their heart. Recent highlights have included:
- Development of local, regional and national youth theatre strategy including a key leadership role within the Greater Manchester Youth Theatre Network.
- Development of strategy for the engagement of Looked After Children in cultural activity within Manchester.
- Involvement in a number of major strategic reviews of services for young people in Manchester, taking a lead on the importance and significance of cultural activity for children and young people.
