I work as a creative producer, director, and coach. I love collaborating with organisations, groups or individuals to create exciting, dynamic projects on every scale, and to help people reach their goals and achieve their ambitions. I am the founder of Small Things Creative Projects and the company’s Creative Director. This is a company using creativity and creative engagement to fuel learning and change.
Following training as a Theatre Director at Middlesex University, RESAD Madrid and GITIS in Moscow, I have worked professionally for over 15 years. During this time I have diversified my skills exploring how a creative approach can be beneficial in variety of different contexts. I have a wide range of experience developing and delivering projects in theatres and within other cultural spaces, within community settings, and in formal and informal education settings, with particular interest and specialism in the development of work with, by and for older people. I also enjoy working with individuals to support them to work creatively to make decisions, to get the best out of themselves, and to achieve what they want out of life.
I am a fellow of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust and the RSA, a member of the British Permaculture Association, and an accredited Relational Dynamics Coach.
